As you've likely noticed, opposed to the traditional about us, you instead have been greeted with an about me. That is because unlike traditional detail shops and automotive service specialists, my approach is slightly different. Over the years of learning, growing, and managing some of Northeast Ohio's premier shops I was able to pinpoint not only the methods and skill sets that made each of them successful, but also some of the flaws that ultimately hindered what in my opinion was the overall complete client experience.
So, when the time came to apply everything I had learned to my own venture my main objective was to create the most high-end, interpersonal client-oriented experience imaginable. From the ease and convenience of pick up & delivery, to the elite level service expected coupled with a fair and reasonable cost.
In order to achieve such, the only solution I could fathom was to approach such on my own. When I say that my services are concierge, I mean just that. From picking up and delivering your vehicle from your residence, office, or airport for any of our services to acquiring the vehicle for routine maintenance assistance. I can aid you in just the basics or assist in the acquisition process including narrowing down which vehicle would fit the automotive public image you wish to add to your brand, to brokering the very deal to land the vehicle you choose, then on to inspecting the vehicle pre or post purchase, then finally on to protecting it.
